We are thrilled to announce that last night a mass gathering permit was granted for our show at Hornings Hideout. We would like to extend a huge thanks to the neighbors of Horning’s Hideout, and to the residents and representatives of Washington County, for their open ears and their commitment to reaching a resolution. SCI friends and family, we can't wait to see you next weekend at Hornings Hidetout!

3rd Annual Horning's Hideout Food Drive
The Conscious Alliance is happy to announce the 3rd annual Horning’s Hideout Food Drive to take place on August 5-7th, in North Plains, OR. All food donations collected over the weekend will benefit the Oregon Food Bank. Horning’s has always been one of CA's most successful food drives, always taking in at least 2,000 lbs. of food donations. This year will only get bigger as famed Grateful Dead artist, Stanley Mouse, has created a limited-edition 13x19 in. poster that is free to every patron that donates 15 non-perishable food items.
SPECIAL NOTICE: The first 250 people to donate 40 items will receive a signed Mouse Print!!! And please: NO RAMEN

Farewell To Horning's
Join in as The String Cheese Incident, and friends, bid farewell to the site of some of the most epic moments in the history of the band.

BIO DIESEL AIRPORT SHUTTLE
This year we are pleased to announce that the Oregon Bus Project (www.busproject.org) will again be providing shuttle services for fans to and from the airport using their bio-diesel bus.

The shuttle will run only at the times listed below.  There are no reservations for this bus.  It is first come, first serve.  It should comfortably fit about 40 people with luggage.  The cost of a one-way the bus will be $15 per person – please pay the driver in cash.
The airport pickup will occur on the commercial roadway in an area called South Area 2.  Go through baggage claim level and toward the garage.  The south crosswalk which runs perpendicular from the airport will lead you to South Area 2.  Also on the north side of the commercial roadway, there is an information booth.  The booth and the roadway are staffed with transportation assistants who will guide you to South Area 2 for pickup. The bus will read SCI Bus Project

The bus can only remain in South Area 2 for 15 minutes, so please be there at the time listed so the Bus Project team can efficiently load the bus, and get underway to the festival.

The bus will depart the Portland Airport on Thursday, August 4th at:
2:15PM, 8:00PM

The bus will depart the Portland Airport on Friday, August 5th at:
12:15PM, 3:30PM

The bus will depart from the Peacock Gate at Horning’s Hideout on August 8th at:
5:30AM, 8:30AM, Noon

The String Cheese Incident will return to Horning's Hideout August 4th-7th, 2005 for their annual music and camping getaway in the lush hills of Portland, Oregon. Horning's Hideout is always one of SCI's most anticipated and memorable Incidents. This year's festival will feature three nights of music by SCI (Fri, Sat, Sun) plus special musical guests Zilla on Thursday, Arturo Sandoval and New Monsoon on Friday, Alpha Blondy and Transglobal Underground on Saturday, Railroad Earth on Sunday. In addition, second stage performers include That One Guy and Banana Slug String Band children's show. El Circo performance troupe and DJ Lorin will be on the premises for special appearances throughout the weekend.

Early Bird Tickets will be available April 20-27 for $130.00 / weekend pass. After April 27, ticket price is $142.50 / weekend pass.  The ticket price includes camping (RV camping available at an additional charge). Click here for complete camping rules and details.

Please note that festival gates will open at 4 PM on Thursday, August 4th, so please plan accordingly.  DO NOT LINE UP any earlier than 2 PM. Any cars arriving before 2PM will be turned away. Stay tuned for news on additional musical guests, interactive playshops, etc.
