Pirates Posters & Handbills
Whenever a SCI tour or album release is announced, we will send out an email to the Pirates mailing list asking for help with promotions in specific cities and towns throughout the country.  In order to sign up to promote a show/album in your area, you MUST complete the form contained in the recruiting email, or email us to let us know which show and/or which area you’d like to help with.

Please only volunteer if you're prepared to work in order to spread the word about a show/album release, and can complete feedback reports on where you've distributed materials.  Unfortunately, due to people abusing our trust, we are forced to be more strict on our feedback policies.  As such, PLEASE NOTE – in order to receive a ticket to a show in exchange for your promotional efforts, YOU MUST PROVIDE FEEDBACK AS TO WHERE YOU’VE DISTRIBUTED THE PROMO MATERIALS.  We will not place any Pirates on the guest list until we have received detailed feedback reports.     

Also, please understand that for each show, and within each market, we are limited on the number of Pirates whose help we can enlist.  If you volunteer to help promote in your area, and do not hear back from us, it means we’ve already received enough help.  Please don’t get discouraged, as we try to enlist as many people’s help as possible … just keep signing up, and as always, feel free to email us directly at pirates@stringcheeseincident.com to volunteer your services. 

If you are interested in getting a PDF file of the poster/handbill artwork, so that you can print out your own copies for distribution, that’s fantastic, and you have our blessing.  Just email us at pirates@stringcheeseincident.com and let us know which show you’re interested in helping to promote.  However, please note – we cannot guarantee a guest list spot for promotional work done independently. Only Pirates who receive promo packages from SCI Fidelity Records will be assured of a guest list spot.
